Image Privacy

By placing your order and accepting your invoice, you authorize me with your consent to publish the artwork on my website galleries and various social medias. After you receive your order, the artwork might show up in my website galleries or on my social media. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to contact me about requesting the removal of the image. I will not be held responsible for any misuse of the image by website visitors. I truly value your privacy so if you request for your image to not be displayed before placing your order, I will not post the image on my website galleries or social media. You as a user are solely responsible for sending me your photo for reference. You should have the authority and copyright to use that particular photograph.

Time Frame

When you first inquire about your artwork, I will quote you a time frame for completion. If you need your artwork completed by a specific date, please let me know and we can work out whether that will be possible.

Shipping

I will ship orders anywhere in the U.S. Estimated shipping cost will be calculated in to your invoice and can vary based on the size of the artwork. I will not be held responsible for any shipping delays. I package each of my artworks carefully and ship them properly to avoid any damages in the work. If for some reason the artwork arrives damaged, I ask that you ship it back to me within 10 business days and I will ship you a new artwork at no extra cost to you (except return shipping fees).

Pricing

Portrait prices are as listed on my website. When ordering a portrait of a specific size and medium, you can expect that price plus the cost of sales tax and shipping. If there are significant changes you want to make to your reference photo, or artistic stylizations you want to add, the listed price may change based on your request. I will always quote you your price before beginning your artwork. The prices listed on my website are subject to change at any time without prior notification, but your quoted price will not change. Payment is expected before your artwork will be started and can be paid in full or in installments (with the exception of murals).

Satisfaction

Once your artwork is finished, I will send you a high quality image of the work. You will be allowed to request revisions if necessary. If the  revisions become extensive, your price may increase. I will always let you know if the requested changes will increase the price. I will not be held liable for any delays incurred due to revision requests. I assume you have read the terms of service prior to placing your order.

Cancelling an Order

You as the customer have full rights to cancel an order at any point in time before it has been shipped. All you have to do is reach out to me requesting a cancellation and receive confirmation from me that I have received your message. If your artwork has not yet been started, you will receive a 100% refund. If I have started working on your artwork, you will receive a 50% refund due to cost of materials and time spent. The mode of refund will be the same mode that was used while making the payment.
